Forum Mersin, one of the largest shopping complexes of the Mediterranean Region, has been completed and prepared for opening within 19 months, which is very a short time in fact.

Forum Mersin which has a rentable area of 71.500 m2 has been awarded the “Best of Europe” prize by ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) in 2009 under “Large Shopping Centers” category. In 2010 on the other hand it has received the “Honor Award” under the scope of rewards for “Best Shopping Centers of the World”.

Forum Mersin in which Mediterranean architecture, Turkish patterns and modern elements are blended includes open shopping avenue and closed shopping space which are connected to each other via boulevards and bridges. Forum Mersin which was designed like a natural part of the city with its stone pavement streets, wide squares and modern bridges is in harmony with Mersin’s natural texture with its palm trees, sunshades, little water pools, ivies and citrus trees.

The project which combines the natural beauty of travertine and the coziness of wood also offers a unique visual celebration with its lively and pastel colored architecture.

Forum Trabzon which was constructed on an area of 72.000m² meets the shopping center need of the region and has been designed as a project adding value to its city with its architecture integrated with the sea.

The construction works were completed on time so as to open the project within the targeted period despite the high precipitation rate in Trabzon by using a high number of construction equipments and the latest technology and through the intensive efforts made by the managerial staff and other employees.

Forum Trabzon has a spectacular facade and a “Lighthouse” figure which symbolizes Trabzon, a city which has been one of the most important ports of Black Sea for centuries. Forum Trabzon was aimed to be the shopping center of today and of future in the region with its distinctive architecture.

Elements ensuring pedestrian flow such as the inner courts and galleries inside Forum Trabzon constitute the determining elements of main circulation axis. With this circulation style, Forum Trabzon provides its visitors a cozy and attractive shopping medium.

Forum Istanbul which is the largest shopping center of Turkey and of Europe with a construction area of 450.000 m² and a rentable area of 175.000 m² has been completed by combi ning the most advanced vehicles, equipments and techniques ofthe construction sector with the imaginations of our architects. In this project which is one of the largest projects bearing the signature of Perform Construction and foundations of which were laid in 2006 office, residence and hotel areas were also planned besides rentable retail areas, entertainment areas, construction markets, aquarium and metro.

The project is located on the junction of two main highways in the European part of Istanbul. Forum Istanbul which was completed at the end of 2009 has successfully become an archi tectural work grabbing attention with its quality thanks to its carefully refined architectural features and the high constructi on technique applied.

Yorum Istanbul, the first mass housing project of Perform Construction, was successfully implemented in one of the central areas of the city in a short time. Built on an area of ​​21.000 m², the project has added a different dimension to the housing concept with the shopping center located next to it, its innovative elements, central location and metro access.

The project, whose design was prepared by Bünyamin Derman, one of the successful architects, consists of 5 separate blocks with living building architecture. 558 flats, which make up 52.000 m² of salable residential area, are designed in different sizes such as 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1.

With the construction of Bulvar Samsun which was realized with the joint investment by two important Shopping Center investors of Turkey, Torunlar and Turkmall, the historical building of Samsun Tobacco Factory which had been inactive for 18 years has been brought back to the economy of the country by being restored under the scope of the urban renewal project. This historical building established in 1887 which had rendered service to the economy of the country as a factory for a long time is located amidst the two most important avenues of the city covering the shopping places.

Restoration and construction works of the project were started in 2010 and the project was completed within 25 months which is a very short time indeed. After completion, the project was offered to the service of Samsun city and also became a candidate attraction center not only for the people of the region but also for domestic and foreign tourists coming to Black Sea.

Bulvar Samsun which was constructed on an area of 17.400m² hosts 45 brands with a rentable area of 15.000 m². The project a small part of which was designed a social space has inner courts bearing the typical characteristics of the Anatolian architecture and a very wide square where culture, art and entertainment activities can be realized.
